Wine Varieties

To be classified as “Cava” a red wine has to be aged at least 3 years of which 12 months in oak and 12 in the bottle. For our Cava Dryos we choose to age it for 18 months in French oak barriques, followed by another 18 months in the bottle.

The specific, tender care with which we provide these varieties results in beautiful, concentrated and complex flavors.
