Assyrtiko / Sauvignon Blanc

Wine Varieties

Composed of 50% Assyrtiko and 50% Sauvignon Blanc, this extraordinary wine represents the completeness of what Greece has to offer: the complementary tastes of traditional and modern cultures.

Our philosophy of creation from start to finish is always present, while being reinforced through this delicate label.

  • Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) Atalanti Valley

  • Each variety is being fermented separately with the technique of the classic white vinification method. While there is no oak, fermentation occurs in controlled low temperatures making the wine aromatic, fresh and fruity.

  • We have blended a greek white variety with an international one. Both are handpicked from specific vineyards (single vineyards) with very low yield per acre/hectare, all located in Atalanti Valley.
